Fred held his first license in 1955 in Dixon, Illinois. By the late 50′s he wound up in Prescott set to teach and coach. Coach Lindquist was on the 1952 University of Illinois Rose Bowl Champions squad.
After teaching and administering in Arizona, he obtained his brokerage license and is now his 32nd year as an independent broker. Fred has been involved in just about every type of transaction from small vacant lots to the development and sales of large scale ultra-luxury subdivisions. If you buy a house in Prescott with any history, chances are that Fred sold or listed the house, or knows who has. Fred’s reputation for integrity is not by chance. This has been of utmost importance to Fred, and has been for the 40 plus years that Fred has been in the real estate business.
