Terry has successfully owned, operated, and sold small businesses. He started out teaching school but with an entrepreneurial nudge, he transitioned to small business and real estate investment, rentals, property management and sales. Terry’s absolutely boundless energy keeps him going in this constantly changing field of real estate.
As a native of San Diego and business owner in Prescott, Terry also knows the variables involved in moving and changing environments. His wife and family are nearly 40 year residents of Prescott and some of his kids are native Prescottonians. ”Prescott is a fabulous place to raise kids!” He loves working in Prescott and coaching his kids in all the sports in which they are involved.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Education, Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA.
(And yes, Terry was a stolen base leader on a world series bound PLNU baseball team in college!)
